New Chandler Fire Station

Michael L. Ewald, Architect has contracted with the
Town of Chandler, IN to provide the design for a
New Fire Station Facility.  The new 9,800 square
foot station will house all department equipment
and is estimated at approximately $1.2 million
dollars.  The Town has acquired a five acre site
for the new station and is currently pursuing
funding options.

McCutchanville Fire Department Projects

Michael L. Ewald, Architect has contracted with the
Center Township Trustee to provide the design of
a New Company No. 15 Satellite Fire Station
Facility and an Addition to the Existing Company
No. 5 Headquarters.  The new 8,600 square foot
satellite station will assist with response to
coverage areas impacted by the Evansville
Regional Airport runway expansion. The Addition
to Company No. 5 will add administrative offices to
the existing facility.  The two projects are
estimated at approximately $1.8 million dollars.  
The Trustee has purchased a site and is currently
pursuing project funding.

Addition to the Wadesville Fire Station

Michael L. Ewald, Architect has contracted with the
Wadesville Fire Department for an addition to their
existing station.  The approximately 5,000 square
foot addition will provide an additional apparatus
bay, a training room, offices and sleeping quarters
for firefighters.  The department is currently
pursuing funding options.

On-Site Health & Safety Services

Michael L. Ewald, Architect is providing the design
for a Building Addition and Training Props for a
New Office and Training Center Facility of On-Site
Health and Safety Services.  The project consists
of converting a recently purchased Knight
Township Fire Station.  The Training Center will
be a one-of-a-kind facility in the tri-state featuring
a four-story indoor high-angle rope training tower
as well as confined space training and low-angle
rope rescue props.  The new, expanded facility will
enable On-Site to offer additional specialized
technical training services to business, industrial
and municipal fire department clients in the
tri-state area.

Exterior Renovations for Rhine-Ernest Office

Michael L. Ewald, Architect is assisting
Rhine-Ernest with exterior renovations to their Mt.
Carmel, IL, law office.  The project consists of
replacing earthquake damaged exterior building
components with more efficient, updated
components.
